I find a heavy-duty paperclip makes the perfect paint stirrer. I bend one side of the paper clip so it is vertical with an oblong loop below.
Then, I insert the loop in a paint bottle, twirl the vertical wire between my thumb and forefinger, and the paint is mixed very quickly. Wipe the paperclip with thinner and it’s ready for the next job.
